Sense Nails Spa
“I’ve been going to Sense on and off for years. I know I can book with any tech here and be happy with their work. Everyone is friendly wants clients to be satisfied with their service. I’d like to see a bigger and regularly updated color selection. I switch back and forth to other salons because of this. Color selection could be organized better, sometimes I don’t get to see them to choose until I’m already in the chair with acetone on, then they’ll bring me one bundle of old outdated colors to pick on the spot. In the past year or so, the cleanliness of the salon has dramatically gone down. I have been the first customer in the morning and there is dust and nail clippings on the floor that were clearly from days prior. I know not all of the tools that are being used on me are sanitary. I also find lately prices have seemed increased, I’ve incurred more up charges, and pricing is inconsistent. I get a basic pedi with single color gel and it’s more than any other salon I’ve gone to. I do not do nail designs bc $75 on a single colored mani with my natural nails is already ridic.”
