“I had my own first appointment here a few months ago and everyone was friendly and helpful. Last week I needed to find a new place to bring my 5 year old to order a new pair of glasses. My daughter has had glasses since she was 2 and it can be very tricky to figure out which style and size will work best for someone so little and quickly growing. My daughter was very excited to pick out new glasses and talk to the employees. She was asking about every single item on the employees desk and the woman was so kind and patient! She showed my daughter how the tool that measures the PD works and explained what it measures, etc. The woman was also very helpful with helping me look over the different options offered from our insurance and making a decision. I am kicking myself for not getting the employees name but it was the best experience we've ever had getting new glasses!“

Despite their policy to not work on eyewear that wasn't purchased there, they told me to come by and repaired my glasses in 5 minutes flat and didn't even charge me for the replacement nose pad and parts.
