We had a wonderful experience with Northeast Dental Anesthesia. The entire team was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and safe. They helped put both of us at ease, and we are so grateful for the excellent care she received. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE !! I have seen Dr.Kristen Z and Dr.Grace and the care and safety my children received was unmatched. My daughters are autistic and would NEVER sit still in the dental chair even for only a cleaning. They needed to be put to sleep for the dental work and if it wasn’t for this team I wouldn’t have been able to get this done easily. After the procedure was done I was given the doctor’s personal cell numbers in case of any questions or emergencies I could call them immediately. It’s unfortunate this office has such bad reviews… it actually makes me question if people understand what general anesthesia is. I have 3 children and my oldest was seen at Boston Hospital - THAT place is terrible. They take your child in, do all the work without even telling you what needs to be done. He came out with his four front teeth gone!! That was a complete shock for me and my son. At this office they took X-rays of every single tooth AND went over the treatment plan with me before starting the dental work. 10/10 would recommend this office to anyone with children who do not do well in the regular dentist office.

I am beyond disgusted with Dr Grace Lin from Northeast Dental associates. You want to talk about a healthcare professional that works with children that has NO bed side manner, acts like a robot and shows not an ounce of care or compassion toward children. That is her summed up!! Her behavior toward my son who was in complete distress today was appalling…because thats just it, she had NONE! She stared at him while I was forced to drag him into a dental room where not 1 professional was welcoming or calming. Staring at me like “you can leave now” as he grabbed for me and screamed. I would have completely left if I had not starved this poor kid for 14 hours. We go to Pink Door Dental which use Northeast Dental associates—-NEVER will I ever use them again. I’m not complaining about the protocol they were asking of a parent not being in the room. It would have been appreciated if they discussed what to expect and how this Ice queen ran things. I would have never booked the procedure. I’m disgusted with the lack of care, compassion and softness that was NOT given to my 6 year old son that was scared TO DEATH. What a traumatizing experience for not only my son but for myself as well. Dr. Grace Lin was cold as ice and should never work with children! Maybe not even in healthcare at all!

What a wonderful place! Very efficient which is so helpful as I was bringing my 6 year old in very early in the morning. they treated my child as if he were their own. i can't say much more than that. they made sure he was comfy during and especially after the procedure as he was coming out of anesthesia. they soothed him and kept him cozy and warm in blankets. They also reassured emotional mom here. and a popsicle at the end! highly recommend them!

I had a pretty unpleasant experience with Northeast Dental Anesthesia today, I brought my 4 y/o to our local pediatric dentist (who I have nothing but amazing things to say about) they utilize this company for dental anesthesia procedures. I called both the dentist and the anesthesia team prior to our appointment today to make sure I would be able to be in the room while my daughter was put to sleep. They both assured me I would be able to. Even today our dentist told us one of us should be able to go in, but it was up to the anesthesiologist. After the anesthesiologist came out she was unwilling to even consider letting one of us in the room. And told us even if she’s scared or uncomfortable it’ll be for less then 10 seconds because she’ll “barely have time to look around the room before they throw the mask on her and she will be asleep quick” she also told me that she won’t remember any of the process going in there (which I know is not true because my daughter has had it before and remembers every moment up until going to sleep. The way she was talking about treating my daughter and unbothered by her being scared because it would only be for a short time, she wouldn’t even consider letting me stand at the edge of the room and had no plan to talk her through the process she just kept saying it’ll be quick. When I shared my concern of her being traumatized at future dental appointments (she loves the dentist and is the easiest patient) she told me that she would probably never need anesthesia again so it didn’t matter. We ended up walking out of the appointment because all of us were very uncomfortable so unfortunately now we will be finding a new dentist.

I wouldn't take my fish here. Ended up walking out with my son after waiting an hour in the waiting room. Very sketchy. Rude receptionist and unhelpful staff. Waiting room was freezing with a stench of Airwick trying to cover up whatever smell from the carpet or what not. I didn't like my whole interaction even over the phone, but against my better judgment I went to the appointment. Wish I stayed home. Do yourself a favor. Do not come here.

I should have walked out when they had told me I couldn't go in with my then 3 year old! I took my then 3 year old March 2024 for 4 small fillings with a referral from my pediatric dentist. They did the fillings but they did crowns on practically all her teeth except the bottom front. Well as of recently, my child is now 4 is having trouble with an abscess; I have gone to 3 consults and each one said I have to pull teeth. Luckily, I only have to pull 2 and not 3 the last consult said; he also said everytime you go to an ER setting to have work done, they always crown everything, because they figure once you have a cavity, they'll always be trouble, so warning to all parents, if your child needs a filling do not take your children here or any other ER setting, go elsewhere, find a private practice that will do the work without crowning when they don't need too. Avoid the headache!! They killed a nerve in a tooth for not doing a proper procedure, that's why she developed an abscess because her mouth rejected the crowns, I'm finding out she didn't need the work that Northeast had done!! Beware!! Walk away!! Don't go here, go elsewhere not an ER setting! There is someone out there that will just treat a filling and not crown your child's mouth! Luckily I found a dentist that doesn't like to pull teeth or unnecessary work on teeth especially baby teeth. He said even though the nerve is dead don't worry about, my guess is because it's part of the baby tooth not the adult tooth, even though he alpha's to remove teeth to get the infection out, he won't do anymore unnecessary work, just monitor the teeth and make sure no problems develop and her adult teeth grow in straight with no problems. Look for a dentist that does that and not refers you to here or and ER setting.

This has been a terrible experience. My son went to the initial appointment in august with the pediatric dentist that uses this practice. It took weeks for them to send my son's pediatrician the pre-anesthesia paperwork and once they did we heard nothing from them. Then we get a call from my son's pcp asking questions about my daughter's pre-anesthesia paperwork and my daughter has never even been to either dental practice. I had to call several times to get this remedied and no one knew what was going on. I was supposed to get a call back and never did so I had to call again to see if they actually had the paperwork that was already filled out which they did- but no one called with an appointment. Finally we get a call saying when the appointment is with no time and we are told we will get a time a week before, which unsurprisingly we didn't. My husband had to call twice and the dental practice finally called me back a few days before the appointment. They informed me of a copay but no one from the anesthesia office let us know about a co-pay. All they said was that it was in the paperwork we signed (TWO MONTHS ago- who can remember all of that when you are talking about anesthesia for your autistic child)- but again, no one called to collect the copay. When I called they said it was past due. They also don't take CareCredit so just a warning about that. There is TERRIBLE communication from this office and between the two offices (most on the side of this practice from my many phone calls). I will never take my child back.

The place is freezing. The vents are packed with dust. If it's this uncleanly where I can see that's worrisome. Waiting longer than an hour for my autistic nonverbal child to get in for his appointment. Receptionist on her phone didn't see me standing at the desk. Will not return to the dirty, freezing ridiculously late place.
