I had my own first appointment here a few months ago and everyone was friendly and helpful. Last week I needed to find a new place to bring my 5 year old to order a new pair of glasses. My daughter has had glasses since she was 2 and it can be very tricky to figure out which style and size will work best for someone so little and quickly growing. My daughter was very excited to pick out new glasses and talk to the employees. She was asking about every single item on the employees desk and the woman was so kind and patient! Very good reception, and the doctor explained to me the problem with my vision and the cause of myopia. Before I didn't even know what it was due to. The staff in general is very professional.??

The doctor was great, the staff was nice. Unfortunately Masshealth doesn't cover the anti-glare coating on glasses, and the staff didn't even ask if I wanted to pay for it. As a result I had to send my glasses off to get the coating applied after the fact, which is not as good. I would recommend to the staff to always ask if people want to pay for the coating. IMO it is a real safety hazard to be driving at night without an anti-glare coating.
