The customer service here is UNMATCHED!!!!! can't thank Fred Start enough for always taking care of me when I inevitably break my sewing machine! He has taught me so much about caring for it as well!!!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!!!

So glad to have found Able Sewing Machine. I brought my machine in after it appeared to have "seized up." All it needed was a thorough service - it's now purring like a kitten. Fred has a terrific benchside manner and explained things clearly. It's a bit of a drive, but I will take my machines here from now on. Thanks, Able Sewing, for a great experience.

Brought my practically new sewing machine to them, they could have very easily taken advantage of me for at least $100 but they were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Told me it was unacceptable for a month old machine to be acting that way, encouraged me to bring it back to the seller and get my money back. Advised me what to stay away from. So grateful they value their costumers. I will be back to purchase a machine from them.
