Was set to start a strong medication and then was never informed of the proper steps that were needed before even picking up the medication. Had to figure out everything out on my own through google. Had trouble at the pharmacy because of this and was basically told by the doctor that I should have done everything earlier instead of getting it last minute, WHEN in reality I was only given 3 days to pick up the medicine by another doctor. It’s sad because my first experiences with them were good, but now looking at this, everything was rushed and not properly set up on their part. I went for an allergy autoinjection.
The autoinjection requires you to wait with the needle in for 30 seconds, but she pulled it out right after sticking it in, and when I pointed it out, they said "I know" and stuck me back in with the same needle.
She said there was some sample left, so she brought me a new autoinjection and gave me that one, but she must have counted 30 seconds, because when they pulled the needle out, the chemical came out of the autoinjection.
