I've seen several doctors at this facility, and so far I haven't had a satisfying experience with any of them. First of all: nearly every appointment includes a very long wait AFTER you've already been called into the exam room; one time I literally sat there for 55 minutes before the doctor finally showed up...

The reception staff is not very well organized. The most quick, professional and comfortable medical service I can imagine. From calling in, setting up an appointment, check in, initial review, to seeing the doctor, diagnosis, treatment, follow up - everything was done above and beyond for my satisfaction!

I’ve been bringing my son for quite a while now and have seen a few doctors due to my schedule. All the doctors have been amazing and very helpful. Most recently he has seen Alyssa and she is absolutely wonderful. Even better, the staff makes the visit even more pleasant. Specifically, Shanice, my son is very shy and he has no problem talking to her and updating her on his skin health with no shying away. She makes him feel very comfortable and he loves going to this doctor. She is so friendly and cheerful and I look forward to seeing her every visit.
