Lauren was excellent. The first time I saw her she knew the perfect color for my roots, and the trim was precise for the texture of my hair, which already feels more conditioned and healthy. Celi really did her thing yesterday! My hair is so damaged (full head bleach) from my previous hair appointment at a different location. She took one look at my hair and knew exactly what was needed. I got a deep conditioning treatment and she also suggested another treatment due to my concerns with well water buildup (the fresh start treatment that my friend swears by). She also gave me an amazing haircut and blow dry. She has an amazing eye as she noticed that the previous hairdresser hadn’t even finished layering my hair (I had no idea but I did notice something off when I put my hair up).
