I've been taking my dogs to Sudbury Animal Hospital for a year now, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. They are great with my dogs and get the work done quickly. I have never had any tests or treatments pushed on me like I have had at other veterinary offices, and I have never felt judged by declining an optional service. Overall, great experiences here!
I've been a client for 26 years. Recently had shoulder surgery and one of my cats needed to be seen for bleeding claw that pulled out. I couldn't get him there myself
They went above and beyond to give him care. If humans could get this kind of medical care we'd be living in heaven.
This place is a true gem! I'm pretty sure we've seen all of the vets at the practice over the past 6 years, and they are all extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I have too many good experiences to list, but just as a recent example: we got my dog in same-day to evaluate a new mass on her flank (she has a history of mast cell tumors). Dr. Bae was extremely thorough - knew her entire mast cell history, and did the aspiration needed to diagnose this new mass as a mast cell tumor. Within the next 24 hours, she had a) discussed our case with our vet over at ACCS (including showing photos and talking possible treatment plans), and b) called ahead to Blue Pearl to discuss...read full review
