“Making sure readers know that we have had positive experiences with Manny and team. There is a particularly toxic review here that I don’t think is fair. Manny deserves at least 4 stars from our experience. The price was very fair.We had both sod and a patio installed by Manny’s team. We really liked the result and would hire him a 3rd time. We actually have another landscaping job that we are getting a quote from him on soon.Only reason to give 4 stars is communication. There are times when you may need to double check and confirm what you’ve agreed upon. His English isn’t perfect, and that is hard for some entitled customers to accept.“
