“Gentle” chiropractic is the way to go (for me anyway)! It has made a big difference for me in terms of my mobility and getting rid of the frequent / near-constant headaches and shoulder/neck aches I used to have. I would highly recommend you give it a chance and keep an open mind. It might work for you when other things haven’t.
I have a lot of confidence in Dt Jennifer Lees. I have just been in treatment for one month triggered by persistent pain from a fall. She is skilled, compassionate, organized and focused.
