I’ve been seeing Dr. McShine for years, and I can honestly say he’s one of the best physicians I’ve ever had. He is consistently caring, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. With my specific and sometimes complex health concerns, he always listens closely, takes everything seriously, and explains things in a way that makes me feel heard and supported rather than rushed.
He’s the kind of doctor who remembers your history, follows up, and genuinely wants you to feel better. I always leave our appointments feeling more reassured, informed, and confident in my care plan. It’s very rare to find a doctor who is both highly skilled and truly compassionate — and Dr. McShine is absolutely that.
I’m so grateful to have him as my doctor. If you’re looking for someone who will actually care about your health and treat you like a real person, not just a chart, he’s the one.

If you are a new patient good luck with them, especially the NP. They had to reschedule me 3 times, each time on short notice. The NP refused to see me when I showed up 10 minutes late to an empty clinic, only because the GPS takes you to the wrong location. Very unaccommodating and sounded extremely rude. Not someone to entrust your health to. Not going back there ever again, probably for the better.

Excellent lab technician, caring and reliable primary care providers. While waiting for labs can be slow at times, due to lines, the lab staff are excellent especially the person who does blood draws.

Well, like any Emerson practice, they’re rife with errors and frustration. The front desk doesn’t communicate well with the providers. No one answers any messages on the portal. And the front desk is COMPLETELY maskless. I take much pride in wearing a mask, and there are half a dozen signs that patients must wear them, so why aren’t any of the front desk staff wearing them?

I am floored that the front desk staff at Dr Sid Pain’s office is allowed to be completely maskless, despite at least 5 signs throughout the office urging patients to mask up. This is unacceptable.

I am a newer patient hitting my second year with Dr Pani and he's fantastic! He is very thorough and even takes the time to talk to you about any cares or concerns. The best part is he schedules your next appointment, no need to try and get anyones attention at the front desk (because you would probably need an hour just for that). It could just be me I seem to always talk to Julia whom would rather do anything except her job?!? The last time it took her forever to fax my refill scripts and I ended up in ER...
