I had to cancel my membership due to illness. Terry, the manager of the Sturbridge location, was so helpful, went above and beyond to tell me about massage options they have with the black card. Told me to come back when im ready to try it out. She was alone at counter and did a wonderful job helping all members of the gym at the same time. She has a wonderful personality,and excellent customer service skills!

What makes this Particular location, Is the staff. Very helpful , very kind , very friendly. In of course the equipment. The perks are amazing the staff here Are amazing. Emily is one of my faves. Go emily!!!!

Truly -no judgement ! just regular people working out. All ages, all levels of fitness, beginner to experienced. Great employees! A happy and friendly place and highly recommended.
