Matt from Pioneer Oil and Propane did a great job servicing our boiler. He quickly diagnosed the issue and found that a faulty nozzle was the culprit — replaced it on the spot and had everything running smoothly again. Professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Really appreciated the fast turnaround and clear explanation of the problem. Highly recommend Matt and Pioneer Oil and Propane for boiler service.

Had my annual seasonal tune up done this morning.. Chris was the technician and he was Fantastic he found a few other things needed as well explained what they were and very happy furnace running great!! Highly recommended Chris Thank You

Shout out to Carmen in customer service. She is excellent! I had a new oil tank installed by this company in November of 2025. There's been a few missteps and miscommunications. But my go-to person now is Carmen. She ends up resolving the issue at hand. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for their other customer service reps. There's definitely been miscommunications with others along the way. So thank you Carmen! You're the reason I'm hanging in there and still doing business with Pioneer Oil. I hope they know they're lucky to have you :)
