I had a replacement septic system installed. I'm very pleased with the quality of the result and with the skill and professionalism of the whole team. They were always ready to explain what was going on and what they needed. They were able & willing to accommodate a number of special requests, too, e.g. to protect certain plants and trees near (but outside) the area they had to tear up. I'm particularly impressed with how they made it work despite ledge that's just one to two feet down for much of my lot and which forced a major change in the position of the tanks. Apparently that was all in a day's work for Curtis Septic.
Superb, seamless, stress free!! new septic installation, from the initial call and contact from Mike, at the office, who was professional, great at explaining the process, and prompt to respond to scheduling questions and explaining the estimate, to Kenny, the Project Manager, to the delivery of the equipment and gravel by Kevin ( so careful in driving and protective, driving machinery onto the driveway and to the work area), to the meticulous execution of the instal plan by Josh, who also did a super neat job in beautifully arranging a wall of stonework, using boulders found during the work ( including one that worked perfectly for my sculpture to stand on ? to the... read full review
Needed a Title 5 check, and my current septic pumper gave me a crazy high price. So I called Curtis. They were clear and friendly, and gave me a very fair price.
On the day of the check they arrived on time, were personable and fast. I will do business with them again
