Paulo and the Truly Unlimited team were a pleasure to work with. We're a small organization of 15 people, and he replaced all components of the network with professionalism and transparency, and the installation was excellent.
Truly Unlimited and it's owner, Paulo, are as good as it gets! He knows exactly what he’s doing, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just fixing problems.
What stands out most is how approachable and thoughtful he is. He takes the time to explain things without being overwhelming, and he never makes you feel rushed or like you’re asking a silly question. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and down-to-earth.
I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else when it comes to tech-support, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need. Paulo’s the real deal!
