They always take forever , they’ll take other customers before you , I’ve walked in to see employees just sitting chatting and laughing while people are waiting to get their nails done , and for the price and how they come out I expect better . Theirs constantly flies flying around because they keep the door open , sometimes the ladies will even sit on the phone and chat the whole Time instead of actually doing their job . One time I took my grandmother and it almost took 2hrs and 30 mins for a simple gel nail set . If you’re looking to relax while getting your nails done for peacefulness or etc I don’t recommend. Today, I brought my 2 daughters and mom for manicures and pedicuresTwo ladies started with my daughter and mom and the other lady which I believe is the owner was busy with someone else but knew all of them needed manicures and pedicuresAs soon she was done she asked someone else that came about 20 minutes after us, to seat and get her nails doneI told her that my daughter is being waiting to get her nails done and she said okDidn’t knowledge or even to say I’m sorry I forgot or anything to excuse her behaviorTaking my daughter to another nail salon and won’t be coming back to this oneI try to read reviews before go any places but sometimes we just forget or just...read full review

All of them have attitude problems and poor customer service. I used to be a happy customer and now i’m not satisfied. I always ask how long will the wait be so I can make sure I am not wasting my time or theirs. At first the manager says 5 minutes. Then I was told to go in the room. Two people came to the back and fake acted like they were going to start my eyebrows and one said to wait another 5 minutes. I said that’s fine i can wait but if it’s going to be 10 minutes or more, i can come back another time.
