At a time where stories of kindness and human compassion seem to not make ‘news’ and are (sadly) increasingly waning, if not completely rare in ordinary business transactions and interactions, I cannot say enough how much a simple stressful Saturday morning COMPLETELY changed my day for the better. I realize the request to ‘press a dress’ is clearly a first-world ‘need’, however this first experience with Lapels has me ‘needing’ to shout about my amazing experience from the rooftops!
