Not sure about the other locations, but the location in Stoughton Street has some of the best Customer Service reps ever! I was here visiting from California and I came in wanting to get a pass and one of the young ladies Assistant General Manager helped me out personally not only was she helpful and courteous, but she made sure that she met all my needs!

The staff here is amazing! Joao is exceptional at creating a welcoming environment for all members in guests that walk through. Everyone is super nice and willing to go the extra mile to make your experience at the gym a positive one.

we are very thrilled about the commitment of these two staff that made the tour with us tonight: Samory Tavares and Troy Francois. we couldn’t be happier about their service, their professionalism, their warm welcome. Just because of their service, we are willing to join the club as we believe good service starts from the beginning, and we are very excited about the uniqueness of the gym. you guys deserve a 5 stars of excellence.
