“I was recommended to Tony by my friend and neighbor's mother, who had never learned to drive. They are from Honduras. He was so heads and shoulders above the big school in the area. The instructor from the big school literally gave me no instruction and just let me try to drive spastically by myself while he made small talk and gave me literally zero instruction. I had no idea what I was doing and thought I was going to have an accident and die. I dropped out and they would not refund my unused classes that you must buy in a bundle. Tony was half the price and was such a great teacher I still refer to him as my "Driving Professor." I feel indebted to him after the extremely bad experiences with the other driving school and one other private one also. He is an expert who has taught extreme driving to the police force in his country and a real professional. He was one of the best people I have met in my life. IDK what is the problem with the bad reviews. Could it be they were not trying to learn? There is a law that anyone who wants to open an auto school must work for a big school for about a year first. One example he gave about working for the big school is they would schedule him what was purchased as a one hour class, say from 1-2 PM, but they would schedule his next class from 2-3 PM! He could not possibly get to the next student in time so all you got from the big school was 45 minutes but you paid for an hour. And they would not even try to schedule the next class nearby so often it was so far away that he couldn't even get there in 15 minutes without taking risks. He, in contrast, scheduled a class from 1-2 PM and the next one starting at 2:15 or 2:30 so every student got the full hour that they paid for. There is no better driving teacher you can find!“
“If you want thorough instructions, sign up with Auto Schools. No shortcuts and they will be completely honest with you about your driving skills. I love that the school has different levels, level 1,2 and 3. So no need to worry if you have no driving experience.“

435 Columbian St, Weymouth“I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and glowing recommendation to South Shore Driving Academy. From start to finish, our experience with this driving school has been nothing short of exceptional. The flexibility they offer, combined with the fantastic instructors, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The fact that they provide on-site road testing is a huge plus, making it convenient for families like ours. The program is competitively priced, aligning perfectly with other programs in the area, but it's the quality of the staff that truly sets South Shore Driving Academy apart. They are as good as they come - professional, patient, and incredibly supportive. We live in Brockton, but we were more than willing to drive to Hanson, Weymouth, or wherever needed to ensure our driving hours were completed. We believe it's our responsibility to ensure those hours are done, and we didn't let our busy schedules interfere with our commitment. Now, after wrapping up today with a newly licensed driver in the family, I can confidently say that I will be sending my son here in a few years when he turns sixteen. I highly recommend South Shore Driving Academy to anyone looking for a top-notch driving school.“

59 Pond St suite b, Sharon“I completed 10 hours of adult driving lessons with the school and I’m happy to share that I passed the road test. Before starting lessons here, I had never driven before. I was especially nervous about driving on the highway—I was really scared of the speed and overall experience.
Since I didn’t have any prior experience or foundational knowledge, I began my first few lessons with Rob. He’s very experienced in explaining core driving concepts, and I believe he gave me a solid foundation to build on.
For the later lessons, I worked with Jim. He made driving feel much easier and helped build my confidence. Jim explains things in a more practical way, and his positive and constructive communication style really suited my learning needs. I was even able to drive on the highway with his guidance—he walked me through every step, and I was able to overcome my fear.
The owner of the school was also easy to communicate with. Lesson planning and scheduling were simple through the website. Instructors are usually assigned randomly, but if you request a specific instructor, the owner will do their best to schedule your lessons with that person.“
