I was worried I had a termite infestation. Mike gave me advice over the phone helping me to know it was likely another kind of ant that was nothing to worry about. He then even took time to stop by my home to confirm. Extremely kind and helpful!
I can't say enough nice things about Mike. Some yellow jackets had made a nest inside my attic between the insulation and the drywall ceiling material. They were getting in under a piece of fascia that wasn't adequately sealed just below the soffit on my roofline. Mike answered the phone when I called, explained how he would remediate the issue, educated me about the wasps and how it would be resolved, and was at my house taking care of it within 48 hours. **** was very professional. He removes a relatively large and aggressive wasps nest from ****** deck on our home. His pricing was extremely competitive without treatments that will continue to charge you after the work is done. I highly recommend him
