It has been a pleasure working with the whole team at PromptCare. The couriers are kind and respectful and always call to ensure I am home when they will arrive. Rachel and Erica work hard as pharmacists to keep my authorizations up to date and the medications sent out correctly. Any issues have always been resolved graciously and promptly. The nursing staff is above reproach. I have been blessed to have Leah as my nurse for the whole two years that I have been with the company.
