John Sharpe is such an expert with mold removal and prevention. He came to our house twice - one to remove mold and install mold resistant flooring, and second to inspect another reoccurance of mold. Both times he was incredibly professional and patiently explained how mold growth forms. He also gave us very tactical next steps which is so helpful for me as a first time homeowner who knows nothing about mold. I would hands down recommend John Sharpe for any mold issue.Services: Mould inspection

John provides amazing customer service - he is clearly very passionate about his work and he is incredibly patient. He spent a good amount of time talking to us about mold and about the options we had. He also came back one year later to examine what we thought was another issue. He exudes honesty when most contractors we work with just want money. I can't recommend him enough if you have mold issues.

This company really bailed me out. I had a pipe burst in one of my rental units while I was away on business, I called John in the middle of the night, he was at the property within the hour and quickly figured out what the problem was took care. His team showed up soon after and they started to work on the clean up. John was very clear at explaining each step of the process in dealing with insurance company. As soon as the building was dried out they went right to work on putting it all back together.
