I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Janelle for embracing Tino as a client. She has lovingly cared for my past golden retrievers over the past couple of years. Previously, I had taken Tino to a nearby groomer, which proved to be a costly endeavor, and he unfortunately suffered cuts on his lower body due to the groomer's lack of experience, leaving him traumatized. The subsequent urgent care bills were staggering. Tino's fear of groomers became so intense that I had to consult with his vet to obtain medication to alleviate his anxiety. Fortunately, I reached out to Janelle, and she graciously accommodated me with an early morning appointment at 6:30 am. She did an outstanding job, and Tino looks phenomenal. He was beaming with joy, showering her with kisses, and his tail was wagging ecstatically - he almost didn't want to leave the shop! I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Janelle for dedicating her time and expertise to Tino's care. Omg I took Bella Here yesterday and Janelle and Kenzie were rock stars. At first Bella acted up but finally let Janelle work with her. I am definitely coming back here . I give the a 5 stars they were Awesome and outstanding with Bella . Janelle you were a rock star thank u so much for working with her. I am coming back big time.
