I am grateful for studying the tenets, ethics, & movements with Joanne (Sifu). She is compassionate, patient, creative, and dedicated. The community would not be the same without her and Blue Heron Martial Arts studio!

This is a great place to try Tai Chi to see if you like it -- the Saturday morning drop-in class is open to all, and the first class is free. If you keep going, classes are $10 each, pay as you go. There are other classes on Sunday and during the week. Also good for advanced students of all levels. Sifu Joann is very knowledgeable in a number of styles but focuses on Yang with occasional forays into other styles. I've been attending the Saturday class for over a year now and don't see myself stopping anytime soon.

The studio is beautiful with a lot of equipment to train with....read full review
