I was told on the phone that they didn't have power chairs/ scooter . and the guy tried to sell me an indoor wheel chair instead. not happy at all.

The service here was wonderful! The staff were caring and took the time to answer my questions and guide me on the most cost-effective path which was very much appreciated. Delivery was smooth, on time, and the tech was excellent in explaining proper use and care of my equipment. Highly recommend Apple for your medical supply needs!

Monday before Thanksgiving trying my hardest to fine a bed for Mom to be delivered ASAP. Many calls later Donna answered and made my day! All our needs met , explained and on the truck for delivery the same day! Thanks for delivering to the rural communities! Cudos to Donna!

I, Joel Antol, was very pleased with the rehab care I received from a gentleman from India this past few weeks after my June 6, 2023 knee replacement surgery. He was very firm with me at times which I needed but very thorough concerning my exercise program.Give him my very best and blessings and wish him well as he deserves it. I called Nancy put me on hold. She questioned a few things put me back on hold. She said the driver will be there in one hour two men showed up one hour later polite kind taught my patient how to use the bed they were very nice I would five star these people again
