I left this place satisfied and happy ) Today I went to this place with my brother in law he doesn’t speak english, so I was a entrepreneur for him, all the workers who helped us to get eye exam to get glasses were so nice , ESPECIALLY I want to single out Fernando! He is the best, he did his best, and you really see that he is dedicated to his work)

If I could give them no stars I would, this places cheated me out of $40 for a contact lens that I didn't even need. I originally came to this place months ago last year but my insurance was not accepted so that was that, come this year and my insurance changed so on a regular trip to Walmart I said hey let me see if they take my new insurance, and they said yes...there was no discrepancy on that my insurance only covers material for contacts and not regular glasses. I am not a contact wearer, I where glasses, my appointment was set that day to get my eyes checked because it had been years since I got glasses and it was time to get new ones. I cam the next day and they asked if I wanted to try contacts that it was only a $40 fee to get the fitting, BUT NO ONE SAID THE REASON WHY WE ARE PUSHING THIS FITTING IS BECAUSE YOU INSURANCE DOESNT COVER YOU FOR OUR GLASSES...this is why I know they just withheld information because when I asked you if you took my insurance you should have told me we only take it for the material of contacts, you won't be able to use it for glasses. The first pair I got was a micro tear fresh out of the pack, the doctor asked if I wanted to take them out and put them back in but I could feel they were not right on my left eye He checked them said they were good and sent me on my way. I tried to put them in days later and the left eye was giving me problems so I went back to get another pair, the doctor confirmed there was a micro tear and gave me a new pair for my left eye. I put them in for mothers day and they were messed up, same micro tear feeling even though they were fine the second time I left, assumed it was just hair in my eye I tried to wash them with the solution they gave me and made sure my hands were clean and they turned BLUE!! I finally come back today just to get what I originally wanted which was glasses showed them the contacts and they acted nonchalant like this wasn't abnormal, and they tell me were sorry unfortunately your insurance doesn't cover material for glasses....this place is a scam and I advise you to go elsewhere for an eye exam and doctor. Look at the picture for proof of what you will get if you trust these people. I never got to enjoy the contacts and this experience has been terrible because I needed glasses and now I have to find somewhere else while these people took my money and gave me terrible contacts. They did even try to explain why the contacts may have did this, why they turned blue, Nothing just told me to throw them out. I came here twice for the same issue in the same eye and your going to act like that ok? Go elsewhere don't fall prey like I did. I left a better review with video on the Walmart maps app with videos

I have issues with styes and blurry vision so I made an appointment for an eye exam. The doctor was the best! He really took his time to explain everything to me. I felt like he actually wanted to help. I highly recommend!

I've been going here for over 15 years. The eye exams are very thorough. Dr. Andrews and the other staff members have always been very professional and personable. I have zero complaints.

Make sure you're paying for the frames you actually want.I had my vision test here and it was fine, but the old lady switched out the frames I wanted for a "wider size". The way it was framed, I thought I was just testing a different size, but those ended up being the ones I paid for and got a week later.It's not the doctors fault but I feel completely scammed.
