I paid for a snow plow service that I never received. I called several times and I was given all sort of excuses like the truck was broken and the driver was injured... Still a week passed, so many follow-ups and calls, ice and snow every where, and they didn't take any action to remove the snow. All they did after many texts and calls was dumping sand on the side walks. I requested a refund, and they denied.
I don't recommend them. They are not reliable.

Beware of this service—they ask for money upfront and then fail to deliver any work. Good luck trying to get your money back! They were supposed to plow my driveway and sidewalks, and several days have passed with no action. I've called and texted them multiple times with no response!
I called to have my driveway plowed for a storm that was happening while I was out of town. I usually take care of the snow by myself; but my flight was getting in late and I wanted to be able to park in my garage; as street parking in my neighborhood is not a good idea. I called a few days before I left, and was told I was on the schedule; but to call too when I wanted them to come plow. I did so the day of the storm, after the snow was done. I got told once again I was on the schedule. Once again, no one came (I have a security camera on my driveway, so I could check).
