Our gate flew off with our first snow/wind storm when I forgot to close the gate. Called Baystate Fence on a Wednesday and they came that same day to give us an estimate and the next day my gate was up. Excellent customer service and prompt with their delivery and work. Don't waste your time, money or energy calling anyone else. Jim and his workers were amazing to work with. If I could give them a higher rating I would for reliability, price, and service. They are truly the best!!!

Oue new fence is beautiful and exactly what we needed for a somewhat difficult yard. The staff at Baystate were professional, patient (I changed my mind about what I wanted three times) and quick. I recommend this company with no reservations at all.

I did a lot of shopping around before choosing Baystate Fence, and I am so glad I chose them.I've had to call them for some minor issues due to the wind storms we've had over the past year and they have always taken care of things right away. This last time however, was what truly showed me how right my decision was. My fence is near a busy sidewalk and some genius decided they wanted to punch a hole in my Fence as they walked by. As soon as I noticed the hole, I called Jesse at Baystate Fence and it was fixed before I even knew it.
