walked in without an appoinment to ask about repairs and they immediately took in two frames and fixed them both while I waited! Who does that these days? The place was crazy busy yet the service was above and beyond on delivering an amazing experience! I will be back when shopping for new frames soon! Thank you so much Sixteen Acres Optical!

I been with them sense they was in Holyoke Mall sadly I can't get eye exam due to me missing appointments during my bad depression stage but I can get glasses they r so nice they listen and don't rush u love this place

My kids and I have been coming here for years. All the staff that we've been helped by are wonderful, but Sandy - Sandy is the sweetest most attentive person. The new doctor is fun, listens and explains things so well.
