Sewer line backed up in my basement and caused a considerable amount of damage. Rotor rooter dispatched 2 employees to assess the damage, both named Bryan. I can’t say enough how kind, patient, understanding and overall pleasant they were to work with. They were thorough, worked hard and long hours, and kept me updated frequently on every detail of what they were doing and why. I was provided next steps in the process, and most importantly they eased the extreme anxiety and fear of dealing with this type of damages. I would highly recommend both these gentlemen.
I called because my kitchen sink was completely clogged and got an appointment the very next day. Apollo was the technician and he was excellent — professional, thorough, and experienced. He snaked the drain, cleared the clog, and even got my dishwasher running again as a bonus. Everything was explained clearly and the service was efficient. Highly recommend!
