This is my 3rd year coming to robins. It's always a nice professional time. The new charge last year was a bit of a surprise. However, it is what it is. I've had my glasses readjusted several times with no issues. Love everyone definitely say give them a try.
Very friendly, capable, and competent. They do not try to upsell and always treat you with courtesy and respect. All associated were courteous and demonstrated respect for me, explaining each step and ensuring I was comfortable.
I checked in and didn’t even sit down before they called my name! Amber was very professional and helpful (especially when it came to time for the drops!) Dr. Robins was prompt and took the time to explain everything that was done and what the results were. He was calming and reassuring. An overall positive experience!! Thank you!!
