My son won't miss a class! He wakes me up at 7am every Saturday to remind me that we have three hours to get there. This place is beyond awesome, and I can't even begin to describe the what Sensei White does for these kids. He genuinely loves them, and does what he can to support not only their development in martial arts, but their education, social interactions and overall behavior. He teaches the kids how to defend themselves out in the real world, but on the floor he's focused on respect, honor and technique. Sensei is firm, fair and consistent...just what our kids need. This is our forever home, and I'm so proud to be a part of this family.

I came to New England Fit because I wanted my teenage daughters to learn self defense as they are both in college. We’re only 2 classes in but we love it! Of course we hope we never have to use the skills and techniques that Sensei White is teaching us but it’s empowering to know that we have them.

Sensei White is not only a masterful instructor but an excellent blend of intensity and hospitality you cannot find anywhere else. Drills and exercises are both fun and painful which lead to impressive results!
