Have a UTMA account. Cannot get into website to open and close account. Emailed agent. No response. Called agent several times. No response. Will be reporting to main office on Monday Not a very good way to operate concerning investments.

ZERO STARS! As indicated on my MML activity report, withdrawal on 2/28/2019. It's now 4/1/2019 and still no check! Very frustrating!!!Also, I called MML today and they could not verify that any 3 of our authorized names were even on the verified account. Called the MML broker directly and his mailbox was FULL!I want to transfer to another investment service but the CPNRI pooled disability trust which uses MML is telling us that we can't due to protection of our disabled son.To make matters worse, the Fidelity fund increased during March, but our son's fund was stuck for a month in funds paid to Bank of RI, which we do not have any accounts.Never trust your money with...read full review

I do not understand why anyone would do business with someone who rips off contractors working on his house. I have done work for Brent Wentzell and have not been paid for work that he attested to that was complete and installed in a quality manner. The man is not reputable.
