MARKETING SCAM - AVOID - This is no longer the number for Know the Flow. I called this number to book an appointment. The woman who answered claimed to be gathering referrals saying she would provide me with a list of "qualified professional "" in my area. After 20 minutes on the phone, I realized this phone number is a scam. The woman wouldn't give said referrals unless I gave her a great deal of personal information and agreed to allow "all of her professionals" - not only plumbers but anyone - contact me by phone, email, and text. When I refuse to give her any personal information, apart from my telephone contact number, she refused to give the referral list....read full review

Neil is extremely dependable. I called him about a leaking water heater and he was at my house within hours. He worked hard on New Years day to install my new Water Heater.Service: Water heater installation

I called the company yesterday about a clogged sink, and Neil came and fixed it this morning, less than 24 hours before my call yesterday. And on New Year's Eve! He was so helpful and explained everything to me as he went, and he outlined the issues in our system that we'll need to get resolved in future so that this doesn't keep happening. All for extremely reasonable prices! We couldn't be happier with the work and the service. Will definitely be using them again.Service: Drain cleaning
