The staff was great. My boy wanted to say hello and they were very attentive. Dr. Chiminiello was kind and attentive. She gave my dog two shots and he didn't even flinch! He was too busy eating treats she gave him. Great first time experience with my little gentleman. ?
My cat had kidney disease for the past two years before she passed away. The vets and staff at ESVH were always straightforward about the facts of her situation and my options. They were never pushy to get me to try expensive procedures. Their communication was timely, too. When her time finally came to an end, everyone there was kind, thoughtful, and sensitive to what was a difficult situation for me. I'm very appreciative of all they did. Thank you!
I am so impressed with Dr. Chiminiello. We switched to East Springfield recently after 18 years at our previous vet, and I truly cannot put in to words how grateful I am for her care and time that she has invested already in our dog. She took him on and has literally gone above and beyond to help him / us. We could never thank her enough. I absolutely highly recommend this practice and I cannot wait to switch the rest of our crew over. I’m so glad my family member recommended us. If Dr Chiminiello is any indication of the other Drs in this building - this practice is #1 in our opinion.
