I researched what duct cleaning should be and how it is done properly. Two guys show up with hepa vacuum and proceed to stick the hose in the vents a few feet. I stopped the job and had them bill me for the little they had done. I expected a suction hose be hooked up to the trunk lines. Their hose was not gonna be long enough to clean a 90ft trunk line properly. This is NOT how you clean ducts. disappointing and a waste of my time.

I contracted with this company in November 2022 to clean my vents after construction When the crew arrived they were unable to do the job because they needed a larger crew The company was unable to reschedule before I left for Florida Not willing to refund my deposit, the service was rescheduled for May 2023 The service was doubled checked my myself and reconfirmed by the company When they were 1 hour late I called only to learn that I was not scheduled today The owner and manager did not have the courtesy to speak with me I demanded a refund and cancelled all service Let's see if I get my refund !

I had an unfortunate experience with this company. The tech came out about an hour late and he apologized telling me his partner called out sick so he had to do the whole job himself. Nice and young kid and he meant well but he asked me to show him the job and i walked him through my house that was recently built and we walked into the basement and through the entire finished basement & new rugs before i looked down to realize black footprints the length of the house. He was super apologetic but he had grease on his shoes from the warehouse and forgot to take them off. He tried to clean it but it left stains all over my light grey brand new wall-to-wall carpet. Then there were finger prints all over the hvac vents and the paint of my new house. Some of the vents werent screwed back in properly and some wouldnt even shut or close because they were screwed in too tight. He was understaffed - not entirely his fault - he should have rescheduled and the grease marks were a mistake. I got a call from the office later that day telling me they heard about the issue but it sounded like it was resolved by the tech using spray cleaner on my carpet. When i told her it needed further cleaning she asked for photos- when i sent those clearly showing the marks she wanted to send someone out, which they did two days later. Photos were sent 9/28. The representative came out to see the damage on 9/30 and was told to wipe up the stains with resolve spray. When i told him i could do that myself and i had something a little more professional in mind he agreed and said he was doing what he was told but understood my concerns. I followed up on email and was told a manager is on vacation but its been 3 weeks and my rug is still stained. I wiped the walls with magic erasers and had to re-install 3 or 4 of the vents myself. If you have a new house, its not worth having the vents cleaned and if you need the cleaning based on this experience i would try someone else.
