They did a great job. They are NADCA members, as recommended by the EPA and their prices are appropriate ($450 for two story house). Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Their process is to use a cannister vac to clean from inside your house and then use a shop vac to clean out the ductwork in the basement, after cutting holes. They do not attach a vacuum to your system and suck it all out from one location (for better or worse). The two techs were very nice, although I expected them to try a little harder to clean the insides of the vents on the vaulted ceilings. Also, as it turned out, the ducts we're quite clean (even after 20+ years), so it seemed less worth it (through no fault of their own)

The crew at Duct and vent cleaning of America is professional neat clean and showed up when they said they would. This does not sound like a big deal! But most of the services I've used in the past have been less than professional I highly recommend their service. It is very important to have your ducts and vents cleaned every three years. My family was suffering from reoccurring illness and bronchitis. Since ducts and vent cleaning of America cleaned our events we have been healthy! I have and will continue to use Duct and Vent Cleaning of America for my home and my businesses!
