I have always had very positive experiences at Baystste Rehab in Springfield. My initial evaluation was done by Tasha (sp?). She was very pleasant, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable and she took the time to address all my concerns. The front desk has been very helpful. Nicole is very attentive to my scheduling needs. I know it can get very hectic at the desk, yet Nicole is very professional, considerate, and friendly.
I go here for my hearing and my hearing aids it's a great place very polite and they are there to help you in any way, may look like a long wait but never is, all the people are awesome. Kim Taliceo
The office staff are really friendly and pleasant. The physical therapists are very concerned with patient care and effective therapy to fit each person's circumstances.I'm very pleased with my experience at this location.
