Wow! Absolutely impressed with my new heat pump water heater and installation by Berin, Billy and Mike! They explained everything, why they selected that particular water heater and how they were going to install it. Everything went so well I have asked them to install a sediment water filtration system.
Tanya was great on the phone and kept me up to date on the installation time. I definitely know who I will call if I run into future plumbing projects!
Berin was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and able to answer and explain any questions I had. He also took care of several other issues that needed to be serviced. I truly appreciate the prompt reply from your office, and your ability to assist us with next day service.
