I will never go to another place. From the very first phone call, they showed such a presence of warmth and patience. These people are so kind and sincere and skilled at what they do. Atmosphere is everything, and from the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The salon is extremely beautiful, almost whimsical. And thoughtfulness? They offer you tea and a warm pack for your back for the salon chair. And there's little bowls of chocolate everywhere! Thank you so much for everything! Can't wait to try all of their services.
5 for service, 3 for quality.Went in for hair donation, and they were very kind throughout my whole experience.My hair is pretty thick black hair and I have lots of it. Asian hair is pretty difficult to cut, compared to the thinner blonde hair, so it was a struggle and a half. Really appreciate the amount of effort and would probably recommend to others with thinner hair than me.
I had a facial with Daisy. She is absolutely incredible. I actually fell asleep it was so relaxing. She has the hands of an angel. My skin looks like it did when I was 12. I was jelly when I left. 10/10 recommend.
