I had my first haircut at this salon today with Natalie. Natalie is such a gem! She is very personable, and really listened to what I wanted. I was making a big change, and she was great about telling me what she thought would work, and what we should tweak for my specific hair/face shape. She took her time and really paid attention to the details.
As a side note, I love the organic products at the salon! I came out of the salon with my hair feeling so soft and healthy!
Four Elements Salon and Spa is gold standard! The staff is genuinely kind and welcomed me in as if I had been a long standing client for years. The stylists are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. They were so thoughtful and helpful offering all sorts of tips from water filters considerations to DIY hair masks. Natalie took such great care and made sure I left looking and feeling amazing. I will never go to another place. From the very first phone call, they showed such a presence of warmth and patience. These people are so kind and sincere and skilled at what they do. Atmosphere is everything, and from the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The salon is extremely beautiful, almost whimsical. And thoughtfulness? They offer you tea and a warm pack for your back for the salon chair. And there's little bowls of chocolate everywhere! Thank you so much for everything! Can't wait to try all of their services.
