I am so thankful for Alternative Health. I have gone down two, possibly three, clothing sizes in just a few short months. People are commenting on my trimmer self all the time and it feels great. I can move more easily, breathe more easily, and I have more energy. It’s hard work and takes commitment. They are so encouraging though, and check in on me all the time to see how I’m doing. They’ve been with me every step of the way. It’s a clean, safe, healthy way to lose weight and I am grateful I found them.

3 years later and I am still feeling great. The only way it won't work is you won't put the time and effort. It is a great program. Very safe for your body. If you love yourself take care of yourself. John, Patty and Liz are professional and there when you need them. Love you guys.
