Bill, Juan and his team did a fabulous job on our new roof! Bill was wonderful in working with our situation as we needed a repair due to home inspection. He was very responsive and helpful when we needed to adjust the timeline due to unforeseen circumstances. He’s very familiar with working around the home buying/selling timeline and we never had any worries! Juan and his team took great care of our landscaping and were very thorough in cleanup! They got a big job done in a single - VERY HOT- summer day and it looked great. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Bill Saunders and his roofing crew. His estimate was very fair. He gave us the full estimate upon meeting him, in writing, without the song and dance we got from other companies. He uses Certanteed Landmark Pro shingles that comes with a warranty- -- exactly what we were looking for. Jose his foreman and his crew were professional and very efficient. Incredibly hard working team. A well oiled machine. We couldn't have been more pleased!

Bill Saunders & Sons did an amazing job reshingling my roof. I did not get other prices, because my priority was quality and reputation, which they succeeded in meeting. I have had 3 other roofing contractors do roofing here over the 45 years I have owned my property (2 houses). Each one making very serious mistakes (either out of carelessness or ignorance), or not installing the materials promised, some of which led to leaks and damage. Some people give a good review because the finished job looks nice, but fail to actually watch and then climb up there see how it was done. I always watch and check their work by climbing up and inspecting anywhere... read full review
