    Great doctor but you will never get ahold of anyone on the phone for any reason. You can leave message after message with no response. You have to physically go there if you want to make an appointment or get a refill on your prescription.

    Terrible. There's no way to get ahold of them. They don't answer their phones or respond in the online portal. Even going in person, they say they'll do things, but don't. I've even sent them messages through their fax machine with no response. Waited 2+ months for a referral to continue seeing my endocrinologist so I could continue getting my medication. They never sent it, and still haven't. I am now without my medication, thanks to them. I'm giving them a few more days before I leave to find a new PCP.

    update: switched to a new place, I recommend HealthyU Clinic.

    Dr. Gallant is the best. But I only got to see her one time before she went out on medical leave Since then in the past two weeks, I have called seven times and had to leave a voicemail because nobody answered the phone requesting a physical with the other doctor and also I have medication to be refilled at CVS CVS reached out to them three times and nobody got back in touch with CVS so they couldn’t fill my prescriptions and told me to get in touch with them and as I said I have called seven times in two weeks and left voicemails and have gotten no response from anybody for my refills or my appointment I don’t know how the state lets them run this place

    My primary care doctor is excellent but the secretaries do not answer the phone or return phone calls. I have been trying to reach them for a week now regarding an injury I have. I have left multiple messages (at least 10) with no return phone call yet.

    They do not return phone calls I’ve talked to them about this and they continue to say there working on it. I had an appointment from last month that we rescheduled several times and then they missed one of my appointments and been trying to call for a month. I’ve left several messages! A nice lady called me the other day and said she was gonna take care of this and haven’t heard since! This is ridiculous! I should just go back to Harrington because they always return calls!

    Posting this based on my partners experiences thus far. When looking for a new primary care as her previous doctor retired, she was recommended this practice by her insurance company. Since then, it's been an absolute nightmare. Starting off with the intake paperwork before even scheduling an appointment, the forms were not fillable or accessible, and were word documents. They were also filled with someone's else's complete medical history and PII. She alerted the office to this immediately,though looking now this should have been a sign to RUN. She submitted the paperwork and was set up with a provider and an appointment was made. She went to the appointment and had a good report going with the doctor. My partner has prescriptions ordered through our local CVS, and was immediately hit with delays as the office would not respond to any attempts at the pharmacy to get clarification. My partner went 2 weeks without necessary medication as a result of this. And it took an attempt to reach out to her doctor through SOCIAL MEDIA to get a response. Two weeks ago she had a scheduled appointment to follow up on the aforementioned medications, and upon confirming the appointment, arrived, and the office was entirely closed, no messaging was sent, no phone calls were answered, and to this day, she has not been able to contact a single member of the office, her provider, or anyone associated with the practice. She has now had to go through CVS and the insurance company asking them to contact this practice just to get any sort of response back. She's also unable to get any of the aforementioned medication that now needs to be refilled. Do not use this practice. I know primary care providers are in high demand and short supply, but this is not the care anyone deserves. Stay away.

    New patient. Do not Recommend. In the short time i have been a patient here they have:
    1. set up my information from my new patient packet into a different patients portal with the same name. I therefore got messages confirming this other patients appointments thinking they were my own.
    2. Been sent for labs at baystate...only for them to not remember ort know where they referred me to get said labs. They proceeded to search St. Vincent and take weeks to get my labs results during a loss of communication.
    3. Since the results were found, more than 3-4 weeks ago at this point...there still has been no follow up about these labs or results from the labs with the primary care doctor.
    4. I have called over a week ago for a medication refill...which you can only leave a message for a refill on their answering machine. I have not gotten a call back regarding my refill since last week...and no signs that it was sent it to my pharmacy yet. Just placed another call today. Can't seem to get through to the office and if you do they are always new people manning the phones who take a message and never get back to you.

    I have no good way to get my medication, still no follow up on results from labs and tests from over 2 months ago and zero follow up ever. I will be leaving work early today to get back home and make it to the office to try to request medication or lab follow ups in person. Wish me luck

    Worst doctors office I’ve ever seen in over 30 years. No one answers the phone, ever. Prescription refill requests are ignored. They have an ancient/almost non-existent online patient portal and in the office- there is no provacy during your appointment since their walls are made of paper and you can hear every single thing being said in the other rooms. All around 0 stars. This office should be shut down permanently.

    I absolutely love everything about this place! Dr Sara Galant is the best and Kate is super amazing!! They not only listen but they care! Best facility I have ever experienced ❤️❤️❤️
