“I’m moved to write my first ever Google review based on how Sansoucy Funeral Home just interacted with me. Sansoucy is handling the arrangements for a friend’s sister. I let time slip away and called in a panic on a Sunday to see if there was any way we could get flowers for the service the following day. They made a miracle happen, found a florist and will have beautiful flowers at the service. I’m not the customer - I’m some stranger to them who added an extra burden on the weekend. Yet they treated me like my request was one of the most important things they had that day. They were beyond kind, and I can only imagine how they would treat and interact with families and loved ones who were working with the them in the most difficult of times.
