I let time slip away and called in a panic on a Sunday to see if there was any way we could get flowers for the service the following day. They made a miracle happen, found a florist and will have beautiful flowers at the service. I’m not the customer - I’m some stranger to them who added an extra burden on the weekend. Yet they treated me like my request was one of the most important things they had that day.
