Really good place. When my 2003 Toyota Camry broke down on the side of I-90, my boss recommended I get my car towed to this place. I'm glad I did because Brent helped me through the process of junking my car when it became clear that I blew a rod. Would definitely go here in the future as Brent was straightforward, honest, and seemed genuinely invested in helping me.

We were at a business in Charlton when steam briefly came from under our car's hood. As we were heading toward the Mass Pike, we realized we had no heat and the temperature gauge was very cold. We stopped at a car rental place and were given the recommendation to try Southbridge Car Care. The mechanic was very helpful and attended to our car almost immediately. He discovered what the problem was and was able to fix it and get us back on the road in less than 90 minutes, saving us from having to get a more expensive car rental for our holiday trip. We would definitely recommend this business for your car repair needs.

I was recommended to this place to fix my 2016 Jeep Patriot. It had been causing me trouble for a while and I had been to my dealership and 2 other auto care places. I spent a good amount of money for them to fix something that didn't have to be fixed at the other place and the problem still wasn't solved....I was SO happy that FINALLY someone knew what was wrong with my car & explained it all to me. I will for sure be back if anything happens with my Jeep. Thanks for your help!
