I met with Yuk about 3 years ago and I knew right away I wanted his team to work on my exterior project in Milton. Yuk and the team demo'd all existing siding and fixed any areas that had rot, re wrapped the house, did all new james hardie board siding, pvc trim, built a portico, replaced doors and windows. He and his team came highly recommended and it was clear why. He answered all of my questions, was very up front with pricing and his proposals. The contract laid everything out crystal clear and any change orders or out of scope work was agreed to before any work was done. Stephan and his team were great to work with and I would definitely hire them again! During the walkthrough, Stephan answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I understood exactly what the work would look like and what I could expect. Once we agreed to the plan, we were able to get scheduled fairly quickly, which was a bonus considering the roof repairs and the wet/snowy weather in December. The work was done quickly and professionally. And Plum's whole team were in constant contact to keep me updated & followed up with lots of photos showing the progress & end result.
