This was such an amazing experience. I had set up a customized facial with Stephanie for my mother, and the communication, the kindness, the experience, the energy, the engagement, was out of this world. It is such a beautiful spot and even though I wasn’t even getting the facial, I was almost half asleep! My mom came out feeling like a whole new woman. Definitely have a returning customer!

I have struggled with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain and tension for over a decade. To the point where the clenching and grinding has cracked a molar. I have worked with my dentist and chiropractor in efforts to work with saving my teeth and relaxing my jaw muscles consistently since 2020. In August, I booked a Buccal Facial Massage with Nicole. Top notch experience! I'm a grad student going to school from out of state, and my skin desperately needed some TLC! I have a regular esthetician I see back home, and was worrisome about trying a new spot; but Parallel Skin Spa rid of those thoughts! I saw Stephanie, who was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and provided such an amazing experience, leaving my skin refreshed and glowing... and the atmosphere? Just amazing; calming, instantly when I walked through the doors. I highly recommend.
