I've had to call South Shore twice for no heat. Both times were on weekends and the technician arrived within an hour. I would recommend asking for Morgan- he was friendly, explained the problem and the fix and was really efficient!
A great team completed the tank replacement with no problems! They were professional, cared for the customer, respectful. They answered my questions so I could understand how the system works.
Wayne, Alex and Tyree earned my highest respect.
Brian was the third heating and cooling technician (but first from South Shore Heating and Cooling) that came to my family's condo to get a heat pump to operate properly. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and had the unit operating within an hour or so. I highly recommend South Shore Heating and Cooling.
