To start- The service person arrived within the timeframe they said. Jon was the technician, He was professional and very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the issue and then fix it. He also recommend additional work that should be done for the older system we have To prevent bigger cost later because the age of the system

I was having a new washing machine delivered and a water valve handle broke off. I call minute man and they were at my house in less than two hours. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and repaired /replaced the valve quickly and efficiently.
Minute Man is now on speed dial for me!!
I called Minuteman this morning around 830 with a leaking and done for hot water heater. They were out at my house and finished installing and checking my new hot water heater before noon time. They were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, cleaned up any mess and left the area looking better than it was before. The techs were awesome and I couldn't be happier.
